Sanger sequencer 3730xl DNA Analyser
The 3730XL DNA analyzer with 48/96 capillaries, which is the reference instrument for Sanger Sequencing, is used to confirm variations identified by Next Generation Sequencing and to sequence relatives. The 36 cm capillaries enable a sequencing of 500 bp (QV20) in 1 hour/capillary.
